  11. I'm trying to prepare a proposal for using C++ vs. Ada on
  12. a large development project.  Are there any papers available
  13. which compare the two, where C++ actually wins?  Or, does
  14. anyone have any information on C++ with performance comparisons,
  15. maintainability, costs, etc. which would support the selection
  16. of C++ over Ada?
